Reporting responsibly and credibly on violence
and traumatic events are among the greatest challenges facing
contemporary journalism. Each year, the
Dart Center provides six
or more Ochberg Fellowships to mid-career journalists (print and broadcast
reporters, photographers, editors and producers) dedicated to rising to this challenge. They, along with the winners of the Dart Awards for Excellence in Coverage of Trauma, are invited to join the Dart Society.
